If your item doesn’t work out, please read below. You will be required to print & fill out a Return Form to be included with your return item.
Please feel free to send back your unworn and unwashed item within 7 days from receiving it. Received item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear, damage or use. If they don’t meet basic restocking standards, items will be shipped back with no option for store credit or exchange, including shipping costs. This policy is firm and we will make no exceptions. Packages received beyond the 7 day return window will be marked "return to sender" and sent back to customer.
SHOES -- Must be placed inside a shipping bag or another box. Any shoes that are returned with stickers/tape all over the original shoebox, will be returned to sender.
Sale items & Grab Bags are FINAL and cannot be returned. Your package will be returned back to you!
Due to quick sell-out rates, we cannot guarantee an exact exchange. If you love your item, but need a different size, that's easy! Just get back online, order the proper size and send back the unwanted item within 7 days of delivery for a refund on your original order. This way we can guarantee that the correct size is available and on it's way quickly!

Once returned item(s) have been received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned items are in returnable condition, your store credit will be issued to the email address that you placed your order through immediately. Amount will be equal to the price of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping charges will not be refunded, as stated above.
