In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from Salt Lake City, Utah. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days, depending on how far you live from us! If you ordered a PRE-ORDER item, check the item's listing for the Ship By date.

Customers are responsible for packages once marked 'delivered' by USPS. If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local post office.
